Spiced Fig 250ml (balsamic & dressing): As the award judges say: "Gorgeous. A rich dark colour & quite pungent. We think the flavours are well balanced; we can taste the figs & the cinnamon and we like the chilli kick". Definitely a black radish 'best seller' & we know that once tasted there'll be no going back! Ideal to have with feta cheese or even on bacon sandwiches. 

Ingredients: balsamic vinegar, figs, sugar, chilli, honey, ground cinnamon, pomegranate syrup

Blackberry 250ml (balsamic & dressing): Award winning oil free dressing & dip. Rich, warm & evocative of long summer days, the judges said: “A great amount of blackberry on the nose, very well balanced with the balsamic not too acidic, leaving the blackberry to sing. It excels as a fruit vinegar.” Tastes great with pan-fried partridge or venison.                                              

Ingredients: balsamic vinegar, sugar, blackberries

Piri Piri 250ml (dressing & Marinade): Perfect for adding to roasted vegetables, fish and meats, drizzled on a salad or even as a dipping oil.  Try it with BBQ or oven-roasted chicken and spiced rice. Great as PIRI PIRI pulled pork.

Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil, Cider Vinegar, Smoked Paprika, Chilli, Sea Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Black Peppercorns, Cayenne Pepper & Fennel Seeds.
